RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want your complete satisfaction on any product you purchase. If you are not completley satisfied with your purchase, all products may be returned for a full refund as long as all items are contained in the original pack.
Customers will have 30 days after delivery to contact ISHINE Ministries regarding a return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping on all returned items. We cannot accept returns of items that is not returned within 30 days of the date it was ordered.

SHIPPING INFO
All shipping is free! The shipping is done via UPS or United States Postal Service. All packages will be left at your residence without requiring a signature. Orders will take on average 5-10 business days.
SALES TAX POLICY
ISHINE Ministries is required to collect state sales tax on any item purchases shipped to state(s) where we are required to pay sales tax.
